Light and Shadow are both parts of the same whole.
One cannot exist without the other.

Shadows can teach us to be kind to ourselves and to acknowledge all sides without fear nor judgment. In the dark, there is transformation and change. Like the smoke of fire or the water of a river, everything flows and evolves… everything changes.

Let us be grateful for both light and shadow to be for us to feel.

This ring is a reminder of these two polarities as well as the constant flow of life. It was inspired by a song called “Light”.
